Using My Users Screen

On the e-Form RS Home screen access the My Users screen by clicking the My Users option from the Administration tab on the Main Menu bar.

The top toolbar options on the My Users screen include Add New User, Edit, Save, Delete, Export to Spreadsheet, Restore List Defaults and Refresh the List.
The Users table lists the names and other details of all users assigned access to e-Form RS. The table includes the following details: LoginID, FullName, Employee ID, UserType(Administrator or User), LockedOut, Email, LastLoggedIn.
The User record form is available on the right where you can enter the appropriate user information and also set user rights. Edit user information using the same User record form.
